how long will it take for my product to be delivered?

if you're in a European country, your order should arrive within 10 business days from the date you placed it.
as soon as we ship your order, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

what happens if the delivery can't be completed?

if your package can’t be delivered for reasons outside our control, and more than 14 business days have passed since the first delivery attempt, it’ll be sent back to us.

in that case, we’ll issue a full refund within 14 business days of receiving it back — just a heads-up that shipping and return costs won’t be refunded.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

what is indih's return policy?

you’ve got 14 days from the shipping date to return your item.
just make sure it's unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. we can’t accept returns for worn or damaged items.

we’ll cover the return shipping only if the item arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong product, for all other reasons, the return shipping cost is on you.

how do I return a product?

to start a return, just send us an email at hello@indihmats.com within 14 days of the shipping date.
make sure to include your order details.
once approved, you can send the item(s) back — just keep them in perfect condition.

 

can I exchange my purchase?

you’ve also got 14 days from the shipping date to request an exchange. we do ask you to cover the shipping costs.

if you’d rather get a different item, it’s best to return the original and place a new order.
just like returns, email us first at hello@indihmats.com with your order info before sending anything back.

how does the refund process work?

the refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

you will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

if you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

how long does the refund process take?

if your return passes inspection you will receive a confirmation email, typically within 3 business days from the time we’ve received the returned goods in our warehouse (if the returned items do not pass inspection, a customer service team member will be in touch).

refunds will be processed within 5 days after the confirmation email is sent.  please note that at this time we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

I have a complaint about an item I purchased, what should I do? 

if you experience an issue with a product then a claim can be made.

please send a message to hello@indihmats.com and we will look into your claim as soon as possible.

please note, if you purchased your product from another retailer than our ecommerce website please address your concern to the retailer you purchased it from.
